Kelly’s experience.

“I’m a multidisciplinary designer and the founder of Studio K, an independent creative design studio established in 2020. Through Studio K, I create bespoke brand identities, packaging and print design that are both beautifully crafted and strategically considered. My work is rooted in forward-thinking, purposeful design that not only looks inspiring but adds genuine value to growing brands.

Prior to launching Studio K, I spent over eight years in senior creative roles within the beauty and retail sectors. As Senior Creative and Studio Manager at Meiyume, I led branding and packaging projects for global brands such as Disney, M&S, Harvey Nichols and Waitrose, ensuring creative output aligned seamlessly with marketing strategy and brand growth. My role combined hands-on design with mentoring, content creation and overseeing print-ready artwork, always with a focus on innovation and high standards.

Earlier in my career, I worked as Design Lead at Richards & Appleby, developing brands within the beauty and lifestyle industry. I was responsible for packaging design, brand guidelines, asset management and pitching concepts to clients, while mentoring a small design team. I also supported the in-house design team at The Royal Mint during a landmark period, contributing to packaging and event materials for the London 2012 Olympic coin launch.

With a background in Advertising Design (BA Hons) and strong technical expertise across Adobe Creative Suite, graphic and web design, I bring both strategic thinking and creative precision to every project. I’m passionate about building thoughtful, distinctive brands and pride myself on being approachable, organised and genuinely invested in my clients’ success”.
